Every page, in full
Home, about, an offer page for each thing you sell, contact, the list-building page, and plain-language privacy and terms, all written in your words and pulled from how you described the business at intake.
Website Build Vault
For anyone whose site still describes a business they stopped running two years ago, or who has no site at all.
You know what's wrong with your site. It says the wrong thing, it sells an offer you retired, the copy was written in a hurry, and nobody landing on it can tell what you actually do.
You've been meaning to fix it since roughly last spring, and the reason you haven't is that a website is about forty tasks that all have to line up, so it never fits in an afternoon.
This vault runs the whole project, from the first question to the site being live.
It asks whether this is a build or a rebuild, looks at what you have now, decides which pages you actually need, writes every one of them, builds and publishes them, sets up the search and AI visibility layer, fixes the conversion path, and runs a launch checklist at the end so you know it's done.
One payment. Yours to keep and rerun whenever you want. Includes a seat at one live monthly VIP session.
The finished work
Home, about, an offer page for each thing you sell, contact, the list-building page, and plain-language privacy and terms, all written in your words and pulled from how you described the business at intake.
If your page builder is connected it builds and publishes the pages and hands you live URLs. If it isn't, you get finished HTML for every page plus a build guide for Squarespace, WordPress, or whatever you use.
Title tags, meta descriptions, heading structure, and schema on every page so AI assistants can quote you, and then email capture, one clear action per page, and proof placed where people hesitate.
The working session
You finish a station, look at what it produced, and move on. Stop whenever you want and it tells you where to pick up.
What you sell and to whom, what's wrong with the current site in your words, every offer with its price, and what you want someone to do when they land. Ends with a project brief you both agree on.
If you have a site, it reads every page and reports what's costing you, quoting the actual copy. If you don't, it settles the positioning, the primary action, and the objections instead.
The page map. Which offers get their own page, which get a mention, and which come off entirely, plus navigation, URL structure, and the redirect list if this is a rebuild.
Colors, type, and voice, decided. Enough to make the site look deliberate without turning into a branding project, because the full version is the bonus and it runs after launch.
Every page written in full, one at a time, starting with home because writing it forces the positioning to get sharp.
Published through your page builder if it's connected, or finished HTML files plus a step by step guide for your platform if it isn't. It tells you which before it starts.
Metadata and headings on every page, JSON-LD schema, internal linking, and the writing changes that decide whether an AI assistant quotes your page or skips it.
Email capture where it belongs, one clear action per page, proof placed where hesitation happens, and a walk through the whole buying path looking for friction.
The full checklist. Every page, every form, every link, redirects, analytics, the social preview, and the handover of everything you now own.
The comparison
There is one thing a booked day gives you that a skill on its own cannot, and it's a person looking at your actual situation and telling you the thing you would rather not hear.
It's a live two-hour co-working session once a month, with the dates scheduled in advance. Everyone gets on and works on their own thing at the same time, and you can ask questions when you get stuck.
You can share your screen, ask about the vault you're in the middle of, or sit there and get the thing done because the time is blocked. There's a question block at the end and every session is recorded.
The first one is Wednesday, September 30, 2026, from 1 to 3pm ET. Vault buyers get twelve months of these included. Single vault buyers get a seat at one live monthly VIP session.

Your guide
Founder, Creator's MBA & HobbyScool
I run two businesses. HobbyScool does about $30,000 a month on roughly five hours a week with AI running the marketing, and Creator's MBA is where I teach digital product business owners how the same thing gets built. Between them I publish 12 events a year and have served more than 20,000 creators.
Every vault in here is a system I actually run. The summit vault is how I run summits, the evergreen funnel vault is the funnel behind my own offers, and the Build Your AI Employees Vault is the setup that makes five hours a week possible. I built them as skills because I got tired of rebuilding the same project from scratch every time, and then it turned out that what I had was the thing people were booking VIP days to get.
