What this is

March is when the honesty arrives.

January plans are optimistic. By March, everyone knows which parts didn't happen. That's the room this event is built for.

Three days: audit what Q1 actually did, pick the one offer to lead with, build the promo calendar. Every session ends with the attendee holding a decision or a document.

The bar here is artifacts. If your session ends in ideas, it won't work at this event.

Who we're featuring

Operators who plan on purpose and can show the artifact — the actual calendar, dashboard, or scorecard. Motivational reset content underperforms badly here. Name the decision, show the tool, make them do it.

Tracks we're filling

Three days. Audit, decide, build.

Sample topics, not a fixed menu. Pitch the decision you help people make.

DAY 1March 16Pre-recorded

What Q1 Actually Did

  • The AI business audit: reading your own numbers
  • Which offer made money and which one just made noise
  • Auditing a funnel you built and forgot about
  • Reading your email data without an analyst
  • Killing something: how to decide what dies
DAY 2March 17Pre-recorded

Pick the One Offer

  • The one-offer quarter and why it beats five
  • Pricing and repositioning an offer with AI
  • Testing demand before you build anything
  • Rewriting a sales page that stopped converting
  • Choosing between building new and fixing old
DAY 3March 18Pre-recorded

Build the Q2 Calendar

  • The promo calendar that drives the content calendar
  • Batching a quarter of content in a weekend
  • Ad budget and testing plan for one quarter
  • Automating the launch you're about to run
  • The weekly rhythm that keeps the plan alive
What you get

Four things on your side of the trade.

I

Your list grows, and you keep every name

Attendees claim your free gift from your own landing page. They opt in on your form. No exports, no gated leads, no waiting.

II

Commission on everything you refer

50% on the event pass and order bumps. 30% on membership products. Every buyer you send is tracked to you, not just the first sale.

III

A curated lineup, not a crowded one

No fifty-contributor rosters where everyone disappears. Fewer slots means more visibility per person.

IV

We run the event, you show up

You get plug-and-play email copy, social graphics, and your affiliate link. No funnel to build, no tech to wrangle.

Before you apply

We're selective, and we'd rather say so up front.

You're a strong fit if…

  • You plan on purpose and can show the tool you use
  • Your session ends with attendees holding something
  • You'll use AI visibly rather than mentioning it in passing
  • You have a free gift and a landing page you own

We're probably not a fit if…

  • Your session is motivational rather than operational
  • You'd be teaching mindset instead of mechanics
  • You can't meet the recording deadline
  • You'd rather not email your list about it
The dates that matter

Three deadlines. That's the whole calendar.

I'm a digital product strategist, MBA professor, and the founder of Creator's MBA, a brand built around helping digital entrepreneurs build predictable, recurring revenue without chasing algorithms or grinding through launches.

I've been running virtual events for years — close to fifty of them across Creator's MBA and HobbyScool — and twelve more are on the 2027 calendar. I've been on the other side of the application, so these run the way I'd want one run: clear deadlines, real promotion, and you keep what you earn.

Before you ask

The questions contributors actually ask.

Do I have to pay to contribute?

No. It's the opposite. You earn commission on everything your audience buys through your link - 50% on the event pass and order bumps, 30% on membership products.

Do I keep the subscribers?

Yes, and directly. Attendees go to your landing page to claim your free gift, so they opt in on your form and land on your list. We never gate your leads.

What if I don't hear back right away?

It usually means your topic didn't fit the lineup we were building at that moment. Your application stays on file and we search it every time we plan a new event.

Can I pitch a topic that isn't listed?

Please do. The topics on this page are examples of what we're after, not a fixed menu. The strongest applications usually teach something we hadn't thought of.
