An ops event where people actually build.

Most events are three days of listening. This one is three days of everyone in the room building the same system in their own business at the same time, and contributors don't have to speak at any of them.

The format

Three build hours, one a day

August 18 through 20 at 1pm ET. Each hour is a working session where I'm on the call building alongside everyone else, so people leave with the thing done instead of leaving with notes about it.

The topic

All ops, all three days

Day one is documenting the work, day two is handing it off, and day three is automating what's left. Nothing about funnels, launches, or content.

Your part

Two skills, no stage time

You don't present and you don't record anything. You contribute two AI skills that each solve one ops problem, and that is the whole ask.

The audience

Creators who are the bottleneck

Digital product creators, course builders, and coaches who are running everything themselves and already know that's the reason they've stalled.

Four steps, and only one of them is work.

The building is on you. Everything after it is on me.

I

Apply by June 11, 2027 and tell me the two skills you'd contribute and what job each one does.

II

If you're in, you build both skills and put each one on its own opt-in page by July 9. Both pages need to be live and working by then, because I link straight to them.

III

Promotion runs July 28 through August 20. You send one solo email and one newsletter insert or P.S., and you get swipe copy, graphics, and your affiliate link so there's nothing for you to build.

IV

Attendees claim your free skill from your page and pass holders get your second one, and in both cases they opt in on your form, so the subscriber is yours from the first click.

I'm selective, and I'd rather say so up front.

The bar here is different from a summit, because you're shipping software instead of a talk.

You're a strong fit if…

  • You've built AI skills before and can ship two by July 9
  • Each one does a single ops job in one working session
  • Your work sits in operations, delivery, hiring, or automation
  • You'll host both skills on opt-in pages you own
  • You'll send one solo email and one newsletter insert or P.S.

I'm probably not a fit if…

  • You'd rather submit a PDF, a checklist, or a template
  • Your skill is about marketing, sales, or content
  • You want me to host the file so you don't have to build a page
  • July 9 is tight and you'd need an extension
  • Your skills are the same ones you're donating to ten other bundles this year
  • You'd rather not email your list about it

Two things you owe me, and both are small.

Everything else, including the tech, the pages, the emails, and the room, is mine to run.

What you build

Two skills and two pages

One free skill anyone at the event can claim, and one that sits behind the Clean Plate Pass. Each does a single job in one session, each lives on a page you own, and both are due July 9, 2027.

What you send

One solo email and one insert

During the promo window from July 28 through August 20. Subject lines, body copy, and graphics come to you ready to paste, so the whole thing is a copy and paste job.

Optional upgrade

Sponsor Contributor

A seat on the sponsor panel on day two, priority placement on the event page, and a dedicated mention in the promotional emails. Say yes, no, or tell me more on the application, and it has no effect on whether you're accepted.

$397Limited per event

Five minutes. That's the whole thing.

Applications close June 11, 2027. I review on a rolling basis and reach out within five business days.

The questions contributors actually ask.

Do I have to be on the live calls?+

No. Contributors aren't presenting, so there's nothing you have to show up for. The application asks about your availability only so I know who's in the room.

What counts as an ops skill?+

Anything that runs the business behind the scenes. Documentation and SOPs, hiring and delegation, automation and workflows, customer support and delivery, project management, or back office admin. If it's about getting leads or making sales, it belongs at a different event.

How big should the skill be?+

One job, done in a single working session. Someone should be able to install it, run it once, and walk away with a finished thing that afternoon. A skill that takes three weeks to work through is too big for this.

Do you host my skill?+

No, and that's on purpose. Both skills live on landing pages you own, so people opt in on your form and the subscriber goes straight onto your list. There are no exports and no gated leads.

What's the Clean Plate Pass?+

It's the $47 upgrade attendees can buy. It includes replays, a fourth working session the week after the event, and the second skill from every contributor. Your second skill is linked from inside the pass, so please don't promote that page publicly before the event. I'm selective about what goes in there, and I'm looking for something you're not also donating to ten other bundles this year, so if it's the thing that shows up in every bundle in the space, either pick something else or build something for this one.

What if I've never built a skill before?+

Tell me on the application. If you're a fit otherwise I'll send you the spec and the template, but you do need to be comfortable building two of them by July 9.

What if I don't hear back right away?+

It usually means your topic didn't fit the lineup I was building at that moment. Your application stays on file and I search it every time I plan a new event.

Founder, Creator's MBA & HobbyScool

I'm a digital product strategist, MBA professor, and the founder of Creator's MBA, a brand built around helping digital entrepreneurs build predictable, recurring revenue without chasing algorithms or grinding through launches.

I've been running virtual events for years across Creator's MBA and HobbyScool, and I've been on the other side of the application plenty of times, so these run the way I'd want one run. Clear deadlines, real promotion, and you keep what you earn.

Build the skill once. Keep the list forever.

The application takes about five minutes and closes June 11, 2027.
