What this is

The year-opener, built on the flywheel.

Attract, Engage, Nurture, Retain, Advocate. Every creator business runs on those five stages, and almost every stalled one has a single stage doing the damage.

Destini opens Day 1 with a 90-minute planning session where attendees diagnose which stage is dragging their business. Everything after that teaches the fix. By the time your session plays, the room already knows why they need it.

Your workshop owns one stage and shows the AI system that spins it. Prompts on screen, tools named, workflow visible.

Who we're featuring

Operators who can name their stage and show the build. If your workshop opens by explaining why nurture matters, it's not a fit. They already know. They came for the mechanism.

Tracks we're filling

Five stages. Pick the one you've solved.

Sample topics, not a fixed menu. Pitch what you actually run.

DAY 1January 19Pre-recorded

Attract & Engage

  • The AI content engine: one idea, twelve assets
  • Getting recommended by ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity
  • Meta ads for creators: the $20/day test that finds your hook
  • Lead magnets AI builds in an afternoon
  • Repurposing on autopilot — one recording, every channel
DAY 2January 20Pre-recorded

Nurture

  • The welcome sequence that does the selling
  • Writing a newsletter in your own voice with AI
  • Segmenting a list without hiring a data person
  • The evergreen webinar that runs while you're offline
  • Waking up a cold list — the AI re-engagement play
DAY 3January 21Pre-recorded

Retain & Advocate

  • Onboarding that stops refunds before they start
  • Spotting churn before the cancel button
  • Turning buyers into affiliates
  • The referral loop, built and run by AI
  • Support and delivery that runs without you
What you get

Four things on your side of the trade.

I

Your list grows, and you keep every name

Attendees claim your free gift from your own landing page. They opt in on your form. No exports, no gated leads, no waiting.

II

Commission on everything you refer

50% on the event pass and order bumps. 30% on membership products. Every buyer you send is tracked to you, not just the first sale.

III

A curated lineup, not a crowded one

No fifty-contributor rosters where everyone disappears. Fewer slots means more visibility per person.

IV

We run the event, you show up

You get plug-and-play email copy, social graphics, and your affiliate link. No funnel to build, no tech to wrangle.

Before you apply

We're selective, and we'd rather say so up front.

You're a strong fit if…

  • You run a real business and can point at the stage you've fixed
  • You'll show the actual build — prompts, tools, workflow, on screen
  • You have a free gift and a landing page you own
  • You'll email your list once during the promo window

We're probably not a fit if…

  • Your session is a pitch with teaching bolted on
  • You'd be teaching the concept rather than the mechanism
  • You can't meet the recording deadline
  • You'd rather not email your list about it
The dates that matter

Three deadlines. That's the whole calendar.

Dr. Destini Copp
Founder, Creator's MBA & HobbyScool

I'm a digital product strategist, MBA professor, and the founder of Creator's MBA, a brand built around helping digital entrepreneurs build predictable, recurring revenue without chasing algorithms or grinding through launches.

I've been running virtual events for years — close to fifty of them across Creator's MBA and HobbyScool — and twelve more are on the 2027 calendar. I've been on the other side of the application, so these run the way I'd want one run: clear deadlines, real promotion, and you keep what you earn.

Before you ask

The questions contributors actually ask.

Do I present live?

No. Sessions are pre-recorded and released on your assigned day. Destini's opening planning session is the only live piece.

Do I have to pay to contribute?

No. It's the opposite. You earn commission on everything your audience buys through your link - 50% on the event pass and order bumps, 30% on membership products.

Do I keep the subscribers?

Yes, and directly. Attendees go to your landing page to claim your free gift, so they opt in on your form and land on your list. We never gate your leads.

What if I don't hear back right away?

It usually means your topic didn't fit the lineup we were building at that moment. Your application stays on file and we search it every time we plan a new event.

Can I pitch a topic that isn't listed?

Please do. The topics on this page are examples of what we're after, not a fixed menu. The strongest applications usually teach something we hadn't thought of.

The application
