Plan and build your whole holiday season, from November 1 through January 31, the way big retailers plan theirs. You get five short recorded lessons and a 10-station Claude skill vault that plans your season with you and builds every campaign, including the emails, the sales pages and pages that switch over on their own when a deal ends.
A lot of creators plan one Black Friday email the week of, run a discount and hope it works, and then go quiet through December.
Big retailers plan the whole season months ahead. They start from last year's numbers, set a goal, give every product a job and put something on the calendar every week. Target ran a deal of the day every day from November 1 to December 24 last year, and a lot of what retailers run over the holidays doesn't cut their prices at all.
This program takes that same plan and fits it to a digital product business, and the skill vault does most of the work with you.
The vault walks you through that same order in 10 stations. It asks you questions one at a time, does the drafting and hands you something finished at every station.
It asks whether you want the full season, a few big campaigns or just one campaign, plus your time zone, the tools you use and the weeks you're taking off. You get a short brief with this year's real dates, including Thanksgiving, Cyber Monday and the time change on November 1.
Paste in your numbers, upload a spreadsheet or let it pull them from Kit or ThriveCart if they're connected to your Claude. You get a table of what you ran last year, what each campaign made and whether it's worth running again. If this is your first holiday season, it skips ahead.
You get a revenue goal, a profit goal and the number of buyers it takes to get there, split between new buyers and people who've bought from you before.
You list everything you sell, including offers that have been sitting quiet and anything you could presell for next year. Each one gets a job for the season: bringing new people in, making the money, clearing out something you're retiring or sitting this season out.
Five ways to make an offer special at full price: a bundle, a gift with purchase, early access, a presell and tiered offers. If you still want a discount, it runs the math with your own numbers first and shows you how many more buyers you'd need. You also get six ways to add real urgency.
Browse the menu of 62 campaign types or ask it to recommend the best fits for you. You get a week-by-week calendar from November 1 through January 31 with every campaign's dates, offer, who it's for, where it leads next and what has to be ready before it starts.
It checks your calendar against the hours you really have, with AI doing most of the writing. If a week is too full, it moves or trims things before you've built anything.
One campaign at a time, it writes the campaign brief, every email with subject lines and send times, the social posts, the sales page and a page that switches over on its own when each deal opens and closes. It also gives you a seasonal catalog, graphics prompts, ad images and ad copy, an affiliate swipe kit and a setup checklist.
If you want it, a Monday check during the season compares your numbers to your goal and gives you backup moves if you're behind. You can set it up as a scheduled task, a Monday reminder or skip it.
In January it helps you write down what worked, what didn't and what to change, so next year's look back is already done.
You tell the vault when each deal opens and closes, and it builds the page for you.
Before the sale it shows what's coming. During the sale it shows today's deal with a countdown. After a deal ends it goes away, and when the sale is over the page says so. You don't have to log in at midnight to change anything.
One page for your whole season, like the holiday catalogs big retailers put out. Each campaign opens on its day with the deal and the link, and gift ideas can stay up all season.
Paste it into HTML Pub, Leadpages, a Squarespace code block, WordPress, Kajabi or any page builder that takes HTML. You can preview every moment before it goes live.
You pick what fits your business. The vault can recommend the best fits based on your offers, your list, your goal and your time.
Giveaway events, summits, free workshops, gift finder quizzes and double referral bonuses.
A season kickoff, preview emails, waitlists and early access for your best customers.
Daily deals weeks, 12 Days countdowns, bundles, gifts with purchase, presells, flash deals and pop-up shops.
Thank-you gifts, a personal year-in-review, customer spotlights and member appreciation.
Last chance on retiring offers, an extra spots page and a spend-your-gift-money week.
A New Year offer, the January start for anything you presold and follow-up with new buyers.
A free gift, a free workshop, a giveaway or a summit starts a customer journey. The vault gives every campaign on your calendar a path: what people see right after they sign up, the follow-up emails and the next offer.
My HobbyScool 12 Days of Giveaways sent a free printable every day with a storewide code in every email, then ended on two big offer days. One member's plan I reviewed went from a free holiday workshop to a $7 planner, then a pre-Black Friday sale with a new bonus each day, then check-ins in December and a coaching offer in January.
These are clicks from my own emails, so you can see what got people's attention.
HobbyScool, Black Friday 2025. Craft & Create Club lifetime at full price, plus a $70 shop gift card. It was the most clicked sale day of the week, ahead of the 50% off and 40% off days.
HobbyScool's "peek inside" email on November 23, 2025, which previewed the week's deals before they opened. It went to 39,457 people and got more clicks than any sale email that week.
HobbyScool, 2024. 25+ holiday workshops and bonuses against $1,545 of stacked value, with no discount language anywhere in the email.

“After going through the Black Friday Profit Party, I have a solid sales plan and am on track to exceed my goal of $25k in November and December. The AI prompts made the planning process so easy and the campaign tracker spreadsheet will help me stay accountable to my plan. I’m going to make WAY more money now thanks to Dr. Destini’s genius approach to holiday sales. I’m so excited for Q4!”
Something every week from November 1 through January 31. This is what I recommend, because a steady rhythm is what gets you to a revenue goal.
Two or three, like a Black Friday week, a 12 Days countdown and a New Year offer.
One Black Friday campaign and nothing else. The vault builds it just as carefully.
You don't have to run a Black Friday sale, and you don't have to discount anything. If you want a discount, the vault shows you what it costs on your own numbers first.
One-time payment of $97 through October 31. On November 1 the price goes to $297. The lessons and the vault are yours as soon as you buy. All sales are final, and because you get instant access, there are no refunds.
Already a member? The Black Friday Profit Party is included in Newsletter Profit Club and the Creator's MBA Mastermind, so you don't need to buy it. Members also get the live coaching session, where I review plans and answer questions, and Mastermind members can send me the holiday plan they build for my feedback.
